Walls sealed to the floor in order to prevent air, dirt, and allergen infiltration
Finger jointed studs provide greater structural integrity
Special framing design allows all corners and wall joints to be insulated

Plywood sheathing on roof rather than wafer board; allows increased weight bearing capacity
Metal clips used on roof sheathing provide properly sized expansion gaps and increase strength between rafters
