The Cliffs in Aboite 
Fort Wayne's newest exclusive real estate subdivision

    Eco Star premium synthetic slate roofing was chosen as the finest roofing available for the Virtual Villaminium of Aboite in The Cliffs in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Expertly installed by Fort Wayne Roofing and Sheet Metal.  Jan Sircey, Scott Wermer and crew provided old world craftsmanship and a certified 50 year warranty.   Below, you can see the ice and water shield underlayment that was applied for superior water resistance.



    All roof valleys were  lined with copper.  Valley joints were custom fitted with hand crafted copper pans.  The pans were assembled with copper rivets and then each rivet joint and seam was soldered, front and back.  There aren't going to be any leaks in these critical joints.



    Fort Wayne Roofing and Sheet Metal installed Velux copper clad exterior skylights featuring self cleaning glass.  This is the world's first Velux skylights with self cleaning glass.  The copper clad exterior was a perfect match for the copper roof valleys.   All vents in the roof were then copper clad to complete the exquisite old world look of the roof.
