The Cliffs in Aboite 
Fort Wayne's newest exclusive real estate subdivision

    To insure that the Virtual Model Home Villa at The Cliffs in Aboite, Fort Wayne, would have adequate water supply for larger demands, K & R Plumbing of New Haven installed the incoming water supply line from the street to the house with a 2" copper line (shown below).   At the house the line was stepped down to a 1 1/2" water meter.  Then a water softener with a Fleck 9500  1 1/2" high flow head was installed. 

The water line to feed the opposite end of the house was installed in 1 1/2" copper under the slab (shown below).   This was to accommodate the ultra high flow demands in the Master Bath Shower system.  By keeping the high flowing line under the slab it will be quieter.   Also shown here is the storm cellar that was created under the front porch at almost no additional expense.

Below you can see how some of the plumbing is located within the spread footers below the lower level floor.
